If i could give 0 stars, i would. Your realtor will ask for a 1200 retainer, post pictures taken by a ‘professional’ photographer in under 10 minutes, and have 0 selling strategy. Never, ever give a realtor a retainer. And run from this agency like the plague. I asked for receipts based on said retainer. Instead my former realtor replied with snark. We went with a professional and an entirely different agency.
I would strongly not recommend coming here Maria Melendez is a nightmare. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB
