Brent is a very smart businessman. He has been very responsible and professional running the business. I really like his business model which is fair to both tenant and owner. Brent & his people do not care about your property. They only collect the rent and don't do any inspections during the contract of your property and renters. Brent & his people allows the renters to destroy your house in any way they want. At the end of the contract, if is a year or two or whatever time occurs, Brent never puts a foot on your property. Renters would destroy your house and Brent would give full deposits. He allows pets with no extra fee. Allows renters to rent to others (e.g. rooms etc.) at the same price your property is rent for to the signed contract. At the end, he would make your life a nightmare and it would take years to recover from the nightmare. Plus don't forget all the repairs you have to deal with when you take over your property. SCPM managed my property for the last 2 years. The only thing I had to do was receive the rent money when it was deposited and SCPM took care of the rest. Brent always gave me great advice when needed. I just sold my property and SCPM also took care of that process without a hitch! Brent continuously communicated with me and kept me up to date during the escrow and sale of my property. If I ever need property management service again, I would definitely return to Brent and his staff at SCPM.
