Portofino Apartments

I’ve lived here for a little over a year now and I have nothing but good things to say. The management is amazing , the maintenance is always fast normally responding to your request in as little as 15 minutes but no longer than an hour. The grounds are always well kept and it feels safe. The only downside I’d say is the parking situation. It’s a first come first serve thing and they tell you that when you first start looking here. It’s not too bad and if that bugs you they do have garages available. But over all it’s a great place to live here in chino hills, you’re pretty close to anything I’ll need.

I’ve lived here for some time — the property is quiet and well-kept. Manager Stephanie and the maintenance team are wonderful: responsive, polite, and professional. However, the renewal process is very disappointing. Be careful, residents — always check the current public listings before signing your renewal. This year I received another renewal offer — this time about $300 higher than the actual market rates for this season (specifically now, at the end of October). When I asked the renewal representative (Rieley S.) if my rate could be updated to match what new tenants are paying, the response felt cold and indifferent to me. Wonderful experience, quiet, clean facilities and a safe community. The maintenance staff are quick and kind with their service. Stephanie is a wonderful in the office. It’s like having a family member on-site to help you when needed. Her and the on-site staff make it a great place to live! She even took care of a frenchie who was on the run. She has a huge heart and is passionate about helping the community members.

Great safe community with a quick response to any needs or questions. Kid friendly and close to the shoppes. Love it here so far.

Moving here a couple weeks ago and feel very happy we decided to choose Portofino. Cameron and Adam are very friendly and helpful with all of the administration process make the moving so easy and quick. Jonathan also very responsive whenever we had questions regarding our apartment unit. The location is very strategic, close to freeway, shopping center, supermarket also restaurants. The community is very quiet, so If you like a peaceful environment, this apartment is the right choice for you. Definitely recommended this apartment complex.
