Reserve at Chino Hills

I love this apartment. In terms of pricing it is one of the only quality, affordable (relative to the rest of California) apartments I’ve been able to fine. I’ve only had to call maintenance once so far but they were quick, polite, and got the job done. I also haven’t experienced any noise or pest issues, which is a big concern for a lot of people. However, I do have two issues: 1. The leasing process is incredibly frustrating. They use AI to match your ID to a selfie you take on your phone. This caused a ton of delays for me. I had to take so many pictures of myself that didn’t match because my hair changed since the last time I got my ID. They don’t even allow the staff to override the AI and say that the selfie is the same person as the ID. 2. There are only three treadmills in the gy

Kristal and Jonathan at The Reserve in Chino Hills are truly outstanding. Kristal is hands down my favorite, she consistently goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about our community. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and is solution oriented, no matter how big or small the task is. Jonathan is also wonderful to work with and complements the team well. Together, they make the experience at The Reserve feel supportive and professional. It’s rare to come across a leasing and management team that is this attentive and kind, and it makes a real difference in day-to-day living. Highly recommend working with Kristal, she is truly amazing.

Alexander did an exceptional job showing the amenities, model unit and even the unit location I could potentially move in to at the beautiful Reserve at Chino Hills. The only downside to our experience was when we entered the leasing office and greeted them, the other male worker and woman working Saturday morning, 1/10, both did not even bother to look or acknowledge us. The male may have been on his lunch break since he had headphones on and was laughing looking at his phone but the woman just didn't bother to even smile, nod or look up from her desk. After Alexander's very informative tour, he wrapped up back in the leasing office but when we said "bye" and waved, the other male finally smiled and nodded, but the woman still did not bother to even look at us. Been here for over a year now and I love it. I don’t have anything to complain about. I would recommend living here to anyone who wants convenience, clean environment, safe area, nice scenery, walking distance to stores, and close to freeways, and cathedral ceilings if on the second floor.

I just moved into Reserve and the entire experience has been wonderful! Alexander has been incredibly warm, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process, always responding promptly and assisting me with everything I needed. The community is very quiet and peaceful, the leasing conditions are great, and the environment is excellent. Overall, a great place to live—highly recommended!
