Southeast title company made the difficult process of closing on my deceased mother’s home unnecessarily difficult. The communication was poor and the information provided was often vague or wrong.They made countless errors that if not caught by myself would have delayed closing. This company and its employees are not equipped to deal with transactions that involve estate accounts.

I work in real estate and work with title and escrow companies on a regular basis. This is my first purchase in TN and I was very disappointed in the customer service I received. Maybe I am just used to the way title companies work in AZ, but I never got a return call, never even alerted that we actually closed. I will buy more property in East TN, but I will find another title and escrow company..
