Southeast Title & Escrow- Maryville

Paperwork was sent out off by over $10,000. I received no apology. It was quite distressing to see that in the afternoon with closing first thing in the morning. I called before closing time and they had turned off their phones 28 minutes early. I spent hours the night before my closing going through every line item after that and then double checking myself and check triple checking myself. I had an absolutely no trust in this company when I walked in the door. The young woman who did the closing just shrugged her shoulders and said “mistakes happen”. Unfortunately, they have not learned how to issue an apology as a company. Absolutely horrible experience.

It was a pleasure working with Southeast Title & Escrow - Maryville. They did a great job communicating and assisting with the transaction as we had to update a few things along the way and they were always responsive and helpful. Very friendly and professional staff, would highly recommend. As a lender I've used multiple title companies, will definitely be going back to them for my TN transactions.

Southeast Title & Escrow is a wonderful place to do my closings. I choose them over all other local title companies. The ladies who work there are so friendly and accommodating. I appreciate them so much!

Probate situation my husband called long before closing to assure a smooth transaction occurred . Everything he was assured would be taken care of went right the opposite. We do not recommend closing with this title company. Especially if a will and testament probate situation is involved. The excuse was the person that was supposed to do the closing was out that day and the person said she was just filling in. If they were not sure how to handle the closing they should have called to reschedule.

I bought property and had closing at this location. They were very nice and the customer service was great.
