Cyndi Sweet at LeConte Realty helped us sell our first home and find our new one. Working with her was fantastic - she always listened to our preferences, offered her expertise, and didn’t push to do things her way. She consistently went above and beyond, including contacting & scheduling contractors for some work that needed to be done before we could close. Cyndi was always available if we needed to chat about something or had a quick question. Another huge bonus of working with her was that everyone she recommended was also great to work with - mortgage loan officer, home inspector, contractors, etc. Cyndi made what is usually a stressful time into a smooth experience. We would absolutely recommend her for either buying or selling a house.

Update: I spoke with Amanda and she is the reason i changed my review from 1 star to 5. I dont want her firm affected by one bad experience. That said i would absolutely never work with Michael Grider. "Be ready to bid on this house." That's what Michael told us when we were trying to work out an offer before the house we wanted hit the market. After it hit the market we found 46 items on inspections. We still offered to buy this house and were basically told to go away. I am sure this house will sell (eventually) but the offer will not nearly be as good as the one we gave. You wasted the sellers time and lost them money. You are the reason why this house its still sitting....

We had such a wonderful selling/buying experience with Michael Grider; he was so patient with us knowing we were looking for “a one of a kind house”. We must have looked at over 50 houses together but we finally found our “unicorn”. He made the buying and selling process so easy and even when there were hiccups (no fault of us or Michael), he took it all in stride, kept us calm and focused on the end goal. Even long after our closing, Michael and his family will always be friends.
