Zakiya called me after I did my online application. I really had no idea how to get a loan to buy a vehicle from a relative. Zakiya was the best, she was helpful and effective. I told her I was scared that it was a scam because the rate was so good and because of all of the information that if had to give her. She was understanding and thoughtful She answered the phone when I called, she responded to every email. I am 100% satisfied with the service, the rate and the follow up. Plus, it was fast. I am in Louisiana and haven't met anyone in person. For all I know she could be working out of her basement, but the car is in my driveway, and I am beyond thrilled. Thank you, Zakiya!

The facility at Germantown is stylish and well and clean. About the services: for me 5⭐. I receive the help that I need every time over these past years. I must say all staff are knowledgeable and handle what ever services I need. I'm always advised and made aware of new or different services to benefit me.
