The amount of greed that this Title company has is mind-blowing. I sold a property for just $7950, and the closing costs that this title company charged me and kept was over $15% of the sale price. And that is only after negotiating with them to remove an additional fee that they were trying to charge me. Had I paid it, they would've kept 20% of the sales price; and that is all after my commission fees for my agent and the buyer's agent, as well as the property taxes. All in all approximately $3,000 was taken out of my $7,950 sales price. I was also charged additional fees than the big list of fees mentioned to me over the phone. DO NOT use this title company. My company is a correspondent lender and we ordered title for a refinance loan closing. Service is slow, but more than that Ashley, who is a paralegal, after much negotiations and rude responses and double talk, finally agreed to wire our fees, and then did not honor her word to wire our fees. Then I had to send a number of emails to get a straight answer and basically her attitude was "Sorry for the confusion". Ashley does not understand the concept of customer service and has a very defiant attitude. My company has closed thousands of loans in the last 31 years and we have never had a title company refuse to wire our fees. This is a perfect example of an employee that should be disciplined or terminated.

I use Memphis title company to take care of some personal issues. They were amazing. And Assistant was very polite and courteous. She waited for me after hours to pick up some documents.

Worked with Memphis Title Company on Sale of my house. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. From day one, they kept me in the loop of everything going on. Would definitely work with them again. Took a total of 20 minutes from the time I got to the office to sign paperwork to leave.
