I’ve been a tenant with PPM since 2019 and have consistently met my obligations as a loyal and responsible tenant. Unfortunately, PPM has failed to meet its responsibilities to maintain the property in a safe and habitable condition. Multiple requests for necessary and safety-related repairs have gone unresolved. I was informed by Joe Ferrara that repairs would only be made if I agreed to renew my lease, I find this condition to be unacceptable and contrary to the responsibilities of a property management company. With approximately seven months remaining on my lease, refusing to address critical repairs poses a safety risk and demonstrates a disregard for tent welfare. Due to failure to act in good faith and maintain a safe living environment, I have no choice but to vacate the property.

I really enjoy renting through this company. They are tentive, responsive, proactive, and you get clear feedback. As a renter it's nothing more important than when your needs are met. They make it their business to tend to just that. Honestly my two years here I can say 5 stars. I never gave 5 stars on review. I'm happy in my home and glad they make it so easy for me to live there.

I love the maintenance team! When I have a problem that needs to be looked at, Ms Rachel is ALWAYS a phone call or text message away. She answers in a VERY timely manner and have someone at my home the same day or the morning following. Ms Rachel also would help out as much as she can by sending things to do before the maintenance team actually comes to the home, just to make things easier for every one! I really do appreciate them!! 10/10 will recommend!

Christi and the whole team at Premier Property Management Group were amazing to work with. They were very helpful, responsive, and made the whole process easy for us. Christi answered all our questions and kept us updated the entire time. I really appreciate how kind and professional everyone was. Highly recommend working with them!

highly recommend working with this management company. i called on a monday with a list of 9 issues (electrical, hvac, & plumbing). all but 1 issue was completely resolved less than 24 hours later. very much appreciated seeing as how i only had to take off for 1 day.
