We recently sold our home using a relocation company as we were moving out of town. Debbie was great to work with every step of the way. She was very responsive and caring. She did a thorough price review and made a great price suggestion that resulted in us getting multiple offers and accepting one that ended up above the appraised value. We had to leave town before the re-inspection and she took care of all the loose ends for us after we left town: final walk-through and cleaning of the house, forwarding mail, and arranging for final repairs.
