Rented a unit from Gretchen and the place was not move in ready at all. Clogged kitchen sink, clogged bathroom sink, 1 working light in the kitchen, broken unusable dresser and computer desk. Pots and pans were extremely scraped up and teflon was exposed. After expressing my concerns had to schedule a time with the handy man at the most inconvenient times. He came in fixed the lights, had to help him bring a stove up the stairs so that he can put a new stove in that the oven was extremely rusted out and should not be used, Sheetrock dust and rocks were in every burner as it appears the stove had been sitting for a while.
