Toured this past weekend and was shopping around and Roberto was the one in the office assisting me and showed me the unit! Although they did not have what I was looking for. Roberto still showcased professionalism, compassion and really was actively listening and identifying my needs which I truly appreciate given I always feel like I am being brushed off and dismissed when I inquire to other places so thank you Roberto! Hopefully maybe I can lease with you guys in the future!

Roberto in the office is great! Goes out of his way to help and is very friendly. The staff makes living here so easy

Having been a resident of Southampton for well over 20 years i must tell you-STOP BY and see Our community! Big changes are happening!! We are getting a face lift to include a number of 1 bedroom units that will soon be available to rent. These Units will be completely remodeled and ready to rent soon. I must tell you also of our fantastic Property Manager-Ms Bethany Block. Bethany is available almost 24/7 to answer questions or concerns. We also have a Fantastic Maintenance Engineer-Mr. Dexter.Dexter is here to help with any types of maintenance issues and he is fabulous. You will see Mr Dexter as he travels the property fixing things and He Always has a Smile and kind words. So, Please think about visiting Southampton. You wont be disappointed. Its nice and quiet here!!!
