The staff is excellent and the apartments really feel like home. Maintenance does a great job at keeping the place clean and making sure everything is working like it should.
The front office can be unreasonable when scheduling maintenance for your apartment with one day notice. Maintenance stays in your apartment more than you do, yet you constantly have routine issues. If you are approved for a dog you are stalked by faculty no matter how many times they see you pickup your animals business. Personally, I do not trust the only maintenance man that works for the complex, so every random apartment visit, I have to take off from work.
This place sucks and I wouldn’t suggest anyone move here. It seems the air quality is moldy and everyone has a whooping cough. The trash was full one day and couldn’t put bag inside so had to go on the ground. The staff went thru the trash and charge me for not putting in a full trash can. Also the trash has vultures and all types of animals and again it was full. Just Stay Away and they charge $1400 now for a studio apartment.
maintenance has been great and responsive for me. very quick. i’m happy
A very good maintenance man and a lot of great tenants but a terrible area and the office staff are here for a paycheck.
