South Park Village Apartments

This is absolutely a lovely place to rent or to live in. I have lived here going on five years now. The staff from the office to maintance is a chefs kiss. The team work is outstanding and a special shout out to maintance because they're in the nitty gritty of things and they truly go ABOVE AND BEYOND for their tenants. They think of the things you need to fix your home that honestly you wouldn't have even gave an after thought too. I absolutely encourage you to come be our neighbor in our community. I cannot speak for children but as someone who has pets, absolutely a safe place for fur babies. The grounds are well taken care of and treated so you don't have to worry about walking your fur child and wonder "is my baby gonna pick something up".

We love living in South Park Village. The people are nice, staff is efficient, amenities are great and the grounds are neat, clean and well kept. The pools are open earlier in the year and kept open longer than other complexes I’ve known. That’s a BIG plus to us.

We moved in a little over a month ago. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of our new apartment. The ladies at the front office are super awesome and friendly. If I’ve needed something addressed in my apartment, it was. I’m happy with our place and it’s in a prime location. The only thing I would really like is a gate that you need a code or clicker to get in. Oh I must say that I barely ever hear my neighbors and everyone has been very friendly.

I lived in this community for 2 years with no issues until I moved out Oct 2025. Context i was in a 3 bedroom 2 bath just me. They charged me $900 for carpet replacement due to biological matter. This is a lie. I do not have a pet or small children. My children are grown. When I called and inquired I was told that they pulled up the carpet and ran a black light over and it glowed. My question was how do you prove it was biological matter? It could have easily been cleaning solutions. I was told there is nothing they can do for me because they do this with all move outs, I call BS on that.

My fiancé and I moved in almost 6 months ago onto the phase 1 side and so far we love it. the maintenance team is quick to fix any issues. management has been super helpful when moving in and when we had issues with our key fob. We love the pool and it’s super peaceful to walk around. I wish there was more parking available but other than that it’s great.
