South Park Apartments

This used to be a nice apartment complex but has severely gone downhill ever since the current owner, East Hartford Multifamily LLC, took over. The current owner does not care about the units or their residents. The office staff are incompetent. I pay my rent in full on the first of each month. Despite being punctual with the rent, I've received emails from the office threatening eviction for non-payment of rent multiple times. Each time I call them to straighten it out, I am told this happens because whoever is in charge of posting the rent to my account has done this for the wrong month. The office staff do not read emails. I emailed Antonia with several questions in the past and I've received either a response that had nothing to do with my inquiry or I never receive a response at all
