South & Madison Apartments

Moved in 2 weeks ago and have been very happy with the new apartment only minor issues and they are getting everything taken care of. Everybody here has been great and helpful. Update 10/29/25 All issues taken care of, would recommend to anybody looking for an apartment.

If I could give 0 stars I certainly would. Please do not move here. ROACHES, MICE, AND NOISY NEIGHBORS. The only nice part of this complex is the rental office. Don’t let it fool you. Currently no heat in my apartment because they control it. I can’t even have company because the amount of roaches that are constantly in my apartment are horrible. They don’t do anything to fix it just keep moving tenants in. They have no central air. I hate coming home everyday that I have too. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I WOULDNT EVEN LET MY DOG LIVE HERE. Ridiculous

They made a hearing impaired person get rid of their dog. PLUS MAINTENANCE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX A BOILER THAT NEED DRAINED TO GET RID OF THE SEDIMENT IN IT. SO THESE PEOPLE ARE PAYING OVER $1,000 AND NO HEAT… RAFAL WILL BE CALLED MONDAY MORNING ABOUT MAKING A HEARING IMPAIRED PERSON GET RID OF HIS DOG AND THAT YOU DONT FIX THE RESIDENTS HEAT

Do not live here 💯. I moved in these apartments on 4/9/2024. Moved out 04/9/25 (best time of my life). Half the time I lived here I dealt with NOISY NEIGHBORS. The WHOLE time I dealt with roaches. They charge for pest control every month yet pest control only show up if you complain of roaches. The MICE were terrible. I dealt with it for the time I could because obviously they don’t care. And not to mention it’s been 3 months and still NO deposit return from them. YEA stay FARRRR away from this dump. Definitely NOT worth the price of rent.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Please believe everything you’re reading about this complex. I tried to hold out to see if requests would be handled in a timely manner. But almost 2 months later still same concerns. ROACH INFESTED management of property pretends to be blind and unknowing of issue. Moved in the apartment was nasty, heavy smoke and dog hair stuck all over the blinds,windows and vents. Like many other complexes they just paint over the filth from the last tenant. Hallways are nasty and they claim to have cleaners and they don’t carpet needs to be completely removed and burned in the hallways because that’s the source of the roaches. I regret moving here with my children honestly. DON’T DO IT . Moved in the rack in the fridge held together with black tape and the fridge
