I would not close at this place too many hoops to jump through! I went through enough, losing my house in a fire. Then had to hire a lawyer took 10 months to clear up the title. Creditor did not remove the lien when it was paid off and went out of business. Even though my husband's name was never on my property and had been gone for 18 years I had to show a Will through probate! Then, when I went to closing, it was not ready to close. After I filled out the closing papers, I am told the underwriter is not done! 🙄I have also talked to other people who went here that said they have screwed up stuff that are big into investing properties!
