My husband and I used Source Mortgage to purchase our very first home. Kim Zweiger helped us and we couldn't have been more impressed. She made the entire process seamless and really worked hard to make this an easy and great experience. Neither one of us had much knowledge with mortgages but Kim helped us each step of the way to explain the process and help us understand everything. She made sure to get us the best deal possible and to stay within our preset budget. She worked very quickly and because of her we were able to close two weeks earlier than expected. I will absolutely recommend Kim and the Source Mortgage team to anyone that is purchasing a home. She did a fantastic job! We would rate it a 10 out of 10!

I had a bit of a bear of a refinance and others dismissed me. I called Tish on a recommendation and she was brilliant. Not only was she super helpful and and pleasant to deal with, we completed the transaction in 30 days. Shortest escrow ever! Her staff was wonderful and Kory was amazing as the Sr. Processor. You can't go wrong.

We, like others here, are in a unique situation. We haven't completed the process yet, but I met with Tish after hearing stories of how she has helped folks, and at times helps them save. She is extremely knowledgeable and shares in a way that is easy to understand. The time wasn't right for us to do what we had hoped, but we've got Tish now to keep an eye on things for us!
