Here's why a appreciate and respect Caleb. If you've used a realtor to find a property "lately", you know that most of them don't respond in a timely manner and really don't proactively look for properties for you. Caleb is the refreshing exception. Caleb will actually "work" for you. He will search for properties (and not just tell you to look a Zillow). He drove almost two hours to show a property to us without complaint. I really appreciate the speed of his responses to my texts, and the clarity of his messages. Caleb is the type of real estate agent that was popular 25 years ago. I give him a 5-star A+.
