Sopra Luxury Living Apartments

My son and I have lived here for over 6 months, and have had an exceptional experience. The people in the office are always so eager to help me with anything I need from packages to entering maintenance requests. They always are in the office to greet me with warmth and a smile. I would recommend this community if you’re looking for exceptional customer service and a luxury community that is non smoking.

My wife and I have lived at Sopra for almost a year now—and it’s been a literal DREAM! This property as a whole is very well maintained! My hallway has been pressure washed, the trash rooms are ALWAYS clean, never smells, and the cardboard containers is always emptied in a timely manner, and the amenities truly the best! The staff is also super friendly, a huge shoutout to Paige for being super friendly, always ready to help with any questions we had when we first moved in, and honestly just being the best leasing agent I’ve had with any apartment! Same with maintenance, Patrick and Josmel are incredibly sweet and quick to respond to maintenance requests as well! Paige gave me an amazing tour of the Sopra property! She was super friendly and really knowledgeable about the leasing process. She took her time walking me through every floor plan, while also making it an easy going time. You can tell she genuinely cares and wants to help you find the right fit. Charlie gave me an AMAZING tour of Sopra Luxury Apartments and truly made the experience stand out. He was incredibly informative, patient, and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and taking the time to explain the amenities, floor plans, and community features in detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in the property. The apartments themselves are beautiful, modern, and well-maintained, with amazing amenities that really set Sopra apart. I had an absolutely amazing experience today! First, I toured with Charlie and had a really good time the property was beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and informative. Later, I had a golf lesson with Charlie, and he was an outstanding instructor. Patient, knowledgeable, and full of great tips, he made the visit both fun and productive. Highly recommend both the complex and Charlie if you’re looking to Move into a new home.
