And make sure that whatever house you find is the exact house you want Never once did, I feel rushed as a matter of fact when we found the house we wanted. My husband and I was looking for the last home we’d ever buy. So needless to say, we were pretty picky. Sophia was the best realtor we’ve ever had. She was so patient with us. She was always quick to respond. She never tried to push us past our price limit we set for ourselves. She’s friendly, caring, and honest. She really does care about getting her clients in the right home. We really wanted a small lot to put a modular on but if we found the right house, our limit was in the $200,000 range. She knew this and still really tried to find us a small lot. She showed us one for $9,000! She’s definitely got what’s best for you in mind, and not what’s best for her.
