Deana did a phenomenal job in navigating the buying process for my house! I was an out-of-state client, initially, assisted by my daughter and SIL, then brother, to me living in hotels and family on an emergency basis in my new state of residence. This was further complicated by what should have been a “slam dunk” sell of my old house, into a nightmare of an unnecessary battle between two banks and a title company on one end, and the completion of the buying of my new home in the new state with the assistance of an attorney along the way.
