Lansing Heights Townhomes

My husband and I lived here July 2024- July 2025. It wasn’t the worst but definitely not the best either. It took a miracle to get email replies back. Multiple work orders had to be put in. On the work order page it gives the option to have them call you before coming to your home, I clicked that option every single time and not once did they call before coming over, they just showed up. The back of the neighborhood looks so ghetto, there needs to be some kind of rule where Halloween and Christmas decorations aren’t allowed to be out in the middle of June (literally they were year round at some units in the back). They were great in the past. Go through property managers left and right. No bathroom down stairs but other than that nice place with nice benefits- gym pool and meeting room. Parking lot is trash 🗑️ pot holes and no matter how many times they work on it. It’s still terrible. Also electric payments only. Unable to pay with check anymore so hope your tech savvy.

Needs new management, they fail to take care for their tenants. They fail to provide the reasonable appliances that they should provide/ replace, they say we get new appliances but give us used sinks, toilets, fridges. They are sloppy, inconsiderate and we DO NOT recommend signing a lease here.

Lived here about 2 years and had absolutely no problems! Safe and secure environment. The rental lady Mayra has been awesome and super helpful throughout my stay. Quiet and peaceful. Great management!!! Highly recommend!!

Contacted them about scheduling a tour via apartments.com, never responded. A few weeks later, called them to get a tour, sent to voicemail. Never got a call back. I wonder how they treat their tenants.
