Everything from viewing the house multiple times, having the paint changed on the garage door and front door, getting the paperwork together and fixing things before closing went extremely fast and smoothly. The house is gorgeous and the builder has been extremely helpful and nice. Highly recommend!!!

Loved my experience with Michael and Travis. Great experience, love the home and neighborhood. They’ve been great help along the way with all of my many questions. Maintenance items that I’m catching along the way I’m able to reach out and have fixed. I’ve already had to use my warranty on the HVAC but Airtron came out and fixed at no charge to me (due to warranty). Travis wanted to know what the issue was, which was nice to know they still care even after move in. I’ve been here about three weeks and so far so good!

Michael went above and beyond to make sure our home buying experience went smoothly. He was available every step of the way and assisted us with every question or concern we had and fixed them to make our transition to our new home be as stress free as possible.
