Johnny did a fantastic job. Very communicative and flexible with scheduling. He was able to point out issues with my new Construction and helped make sure everything went smoothly. He also came back out before my home warrenty expired to do a final check. Great service!

Juan did a great job on our home inspection, he was very thorough and was able to answer all our questions or investigate and go find the answer. The report he provides is very detailed and a great reference to the inspection findings. I would definately recommend him to others.

After a no-show, no call inspection from a nationally recognizable inspection company, we decided to go local. We contacted Prosperity and Juan was on-site the next day. We were told new builds normally don't require an inspection. The level of detail & service provided by prosperity saved us THOUSANDS! Already booked for our one year inspection (which i had no clue you can/should do!) Highly recommend this company.
