We’ve lived at Sonterra Apartments for years and recently upgraded to a 4-bedroom townhome to accommodate our growing family. We truly love it here. The community is quiet and feels safe, which gives us so much peace. The maintenance staff is always attentive and quick to respond, and the wonderful ladies in the management office are warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. Our neighbors are friendly, and there’s a real sense of community that makes this place feel special. The easy commute to work is another huge bonus! This isn’t just an apartment complex to us — it’s home, and we look forward to staying for many more years.

I’ve lived at Sonterra Apartment Homes for over 10 years and have had a great experience. The community is very quiet with great neighbors. The property, landscaping and amenity areas are always well maintained. The management and maintenance crew are fantastic and very responsive whenever something is needed. There’s always plenty of parking available, and the location is very convenient. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it to others!

My husband and I lived at Sonterra Apartments from April through the end of December, and it was truly the best place we’ve lived. The office staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always so helpful whenever we needed anything. They genuinely cared and made us feel at home from day one. Our neighbors were also so sweet, which made the community feel warm and safe. Overall, Sonterra has such a great environment and positive atmosphere. We loved our time there and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live!

Sonterra Apartments and Townhomes is hands down the best place to live. The prices are super affordable all while having beautifully spacious home unit choices. Me and my husband and our daughter are living in a 3 /2.5 townhome with a beautiful layout very spacious feels. Absolutely beautiful all around. The neighborhood is safe and very quiet and clean. They even have security cameras which I love because it makes me know that they actually care about us residents. The upkeep of the property is impeccable and all maintenance people are kind and courteous, and friendly. I do believe the reason Sonterra Apartments outshines everywhere else is because of the high standards from the property management. absolutely fantastic! The absolutely best place to make your home! The apartment, staff, location… all 10/10. We have been here for almost a year now and have nothing but great things to say!! Staff and owners are the absolute best and you can see they truly care about their property as well as residents. We live in a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, with yard and a garage… We have only had one issue in the whole year and they fixed it within a little over 12 hours, just submitted a ticket and they got to fixing it. Were respectful and made sure everything was left exactly how it was before they came. They always stay on top of keeping the complex manicured and clean. The lawns are also always taken care and you always get courtesy emails to let you know before any maintenance. Lawn and patio are a great size I have
