I have been living in this townhouse complex since 2023, and so far, I have had a good experience. Actually renewed the lease this week. There have been problems with plumbing and electrical devices, but maintenance has always responded timely ( within the same day or the next day at the most), and the problem has been fixed. The only problem for me is the fact that the insulation on the building is not the best, so you can definitely feel some air coming from doors and windows ( especially if windy outside) But overall, it's great. No mold, if there is a bug problem and you let the management know in time, they deal with it timely. Most of all, it's safe.

We are all n our second year here. The staff at the office is amazing. The Maintenance team is quick and professional, friendly. This is a spacious townhome with a nice yard in the back. Our neighbors are quiet and it’s a kid-friendly neighborhood. I love it here.

we’re about to resign our lease & have had zero issues with maintenance. overall a great staff and communication. only issue has been from the parking. other residents have 4+ vehicles in the lots sitting or guests parking in lots & walking to other sections of the neighborhood.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend. My son lived there thankfully for only 9 months and that was too long. There was what appeared to be black mold in the stairwell from the leak in the bathroom. The wiring was unsafe as one of the outlets sparked when he plugged something into it. The townhouses and surrounding property look nothing like the pictures. Parking was sometimes an issue with not enough spaces but on the flip side they did allow my son and his roommates to have 4 cars. For the price, we expected something a lot nicer. The boys did get their security deposit back but it was made out to all 4 of them and they live all around the country. It was very difficult getting it cashed. We called a few times explaining our dilemma but they weren’t willing to help us out in any way by s
