Big Thanks to Sandy Farms team. Shannon, the leasing agent, was exceptionally professional and attentive during the open house. Her dedication and expertise made the process seamless, and I was so taken with the property that I applied for an apartment immediately!!! The residence itself is a dream house. Unfortunately, due to a move to Florida, I had to leave this fantastic property, which was heartbreaking. Now, I’m keen on finding a Bozzuto property in Miami, as my experience with Sandy Farms has set a high standard for what I’m looking for in a new home.
