Somerset Oceanside Apartments

I discovered this community in 2020 and moved here in 2021 and absolutely love it! We are in the 2 bed 2 bath. Recently updated the units with new carpet and lvp flooring. The exterior of the buildings have also got a fresh look. The best part is the quick walk to the private boardwalk that leads to the GULF to enjoy the nightly sunsets with your neighbors. The landscaping is beautifully manicured. The owners are doing a wonderful job with this property. I recommend this property to anyone who wants a piece of paradise to call their own.

I've lived at Somerset for 14+ years and have loved every minute! Living here is like a little piece of heaven on earth. Just a little 3 minute stroll puts your feet right on a beautiful sugar sand beach. In the fall and spring, when temps are nice, you can open the sliding doors and hear the waves crashing at night. The apartments have upgraded windows and doors which have helped with energy efficiency. Maintenance is prompt to respond to any issues....which thankfully are few and far between. The office staff is amazing and very attentive to any concerns, problems or questions. 10/10 recommend ⛱️

Look up @redneckluxery My husband and I moved here from Panama City Beach the weekend of December 18 2023. So we wanted to wait till now in June 2023 to give our review. This is by far the best apartment we have lived in. Even though the apartments are from the 1970s they are well taken care of. Yes you’re going to have minor problems the best thing is that maintenance is on top of their game. And management is awesome. It does help that the manager lives here. But the owner has replaced the roof and all the windows. The carpets are cleaned. When my husband was able to do a walk through he said it was the cleanest apartment

We absolutely love being here on Okaloosa Island and living here at Somerset Apartments. We are so fortunate to be able to walk right out our back door and be on the most beautiful beach in Florida! Somerset has great amenities and the grounds are breathtaking. We enjoy our daily walks, watching the sunrises and sunsets!!

Somerset Oceanside Apartments has given us the best rental experience! The location can’t be beat—just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The apartments are affordable, well-maintained, and offer great amenities. The staff provides excellent customer service—every time we have a question or need a repair, they respond quickly and professionally. Best of all, there are no HOA fees, so we can enjoy beachside living without the extra costs.
