Somerset Apartments

Under new management and this place is horrible. A family friend was evicted from her home after she asked them to fix her air when it went out. She was without air conditioning for over 30 days and these people would not fix her air. Instead the people who own this complex told her she had 24 hours to leave her apartment and remove her items. They are heartless people. I would not recommend living there. I drove by to see what was going on and the lawn is unkept, the parking lot had potholes everywhere, this place has gone down hill and down hill fast. I would highly recommend people go somewhere else to rent from. When you try to call the number listed on here it goes no where, the phone number to reach these people has been disconnected. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Lived with a friend until school started and moved back home. People say it's clean and it's not. There are pot holes everywhere. There is no land lady on sight and thus there are several parties and people coming onto the property that don't even live here. The swimming pool was never cleaned out or filled when water was dropped below the filter level. The doors near the highway are always unlocked and anyone off the highway could walk in, which they do all the time. The "Security" guy drives through the parking lot and never checks inside the buildings for problems. When you need help it's like twisting the land lady's arm to get anything done, best call the cops to get something done otherwise she won't come take care of the problem. Buildings stay clean. Very nice refurnished apartments. The manager is amazing. Over all love the place.
