I would like to take a moment to say thank you to Billie Barnes for guiding my mom for the insight on when the proper time was to possibly sell her house. Mom was 91, with other homes on her street on the market in the spring on 2025. Mom wasn’t sure about selling her home, her car. But her age , and health issues were at a decision time. Billie thought “let’s talk fall Joan.” We placed her home on the market October 1, and had our asking price on contract October 2.
