Stone Creek Apartments

A huge shout out the the maintenance crew here. You just can’t get better any where else. Recently our heat went out, I placed a work order, late at night and within an hour Rich was here. He tried all he could but it just wasn’t something that could be fixed until the next morning. He offered other solutions to keep us warm for the night but we had it under control and was fine for the night. They had it fixed the next day. Fast forward to today. It’s bitter cold. It’s snowing. It’s windy. And guess who is outside snow blowing snow for all the residents?? The maintenance team. They are blowing snow off the sidewalks, our stairs, in front of our doors…..I mean seriously, where else are you going to find this kind of service….in this kind of weather???!!!! You won’t!! They

My heat went out around noon, I put in a maintenance request and Richard and Randall were there within an hour and half and had my unit swapped out in 10 minutes! They were incredibly nice and so happy to help! I’m thankful for people like them! They are truly great at what they do!

Good place to live. Everyone is pretty respectful of one another. Maintenance department is on top of it: Very nice workers. Always quick to respond. Very respectful. Randall and Richard did a great job. They know i work nights and they always make an effort to be reapectful especially when it comes to service requests. Thank you!

Randall and Richard outdid themselves once again! Living here feels like home and these two definitely make the best of it! I always see them crazy busy and yet they come in with a smile and ready to fix things when needed.It’s fun watching them work and learn a thing or two. I appreciate the amount of work and effort they put in. Especially when they can see little things that I may have missed or forgot about and fix them with no questions. The maintenance guys make it really hard not to renew our lease. Definitely keepers!

Any and all maintenance needs I have had were promptly addressed with friendly service. Richard and Randall went above and beyond to ensure the washer and dryer were in working order and made my family feel safe and welcome while in the apartment.
