Soltra at San Tan

Elise was such a big help during my entire application process. She was patient as well as very understanding. Overall my experience with her and the lady at the front were so nice and welcoming to me and my peoples whenever we went over. I am so thankful for the both of them and am very proud to have a place to call home with people like them working their!!

Still love Soltra like I first visited and I will always appreciate Gigi and how she moves! Makes my lady and I feel welcomed every time we’re in the building and she’s quick to resolve any issue I have!

I have worked in the hospitality industry in the past and Gigi was exactly what hospitality should be in a customer service environment! I can’t say enough positive things about her, from being completely knowledgeable to friendly to so helpful! I’m into the small details and she had it all covered! She’s such a sweetheart! The amenities, including the fitness center & pool area, along with the dog park were eye catching to me, but my experience with Gigi definitely made my decision to apply a very simple one. Can’t wait to attend the resident events at Soltra, also! Thank you, Gigi!

So unprofessional. We just went to their office at 3:30 on a Sunday (official closing time: 5:00). As soon as we entered she says "I did 9 tours today, so go online and schedule a tour for another day." I wasn't aware these companies have daily quotas that, as soon as met, they start refusing showing apartments. Don't want my business because of your staff laziness? Perfectly fine to go elsewhere.

When Lisa, the manager, spoke directly to me, I could tell she was being dishonest — she repeatedly contradicted herself and continued to make misleading statements right to my face. It was my daughter’s belated birthday, and I had simply invited two friends and four kids to enjoy a small pool day, just to splash in the water and have some fruit. We had already celebrated her birthday earlier, so this was just a casual gathering. Lisa told us we were not allowed to use the pool and insisted that we had to rent the pool, deck and clubhouse . I explained to her that in my 3 and half years with Mark Taylor apartments. I have never seen or heard this and I was never told that residents couldn’t use the pool or deck for such occasions.
