Solterra Texas by Shaddock Homes

Amazing experience. With so many choices in the Solterra community, we definitely made the right choice by buying a Shaddock home. We are most impress by David and Matt's professionalism. Their label of attention and knowledge is excellent. David and Matt really took the time to explain top to bottom guarantees, house features and expectations in the years to come. It's very encouraging finding people that really love their jobs and are so passionate about their profession. Will definitely recommend Shadock homes to my friends and family not only for the amazing quality and design but because of the people that work for this amazing company.

We had a fantastic experience with Shaddock Homes, and we want to give a huge shout-out to both David, our construction manager, and Maria, our sales rep. Maria got us started on the right foot from the start, and when David took over the build around month six or seven, everything smoothed out perfectly. Initially, communication was a bit rocky before David came on board around month six or seven of our 10-month build. But once David stepped in, everything changed for the better. He was incredibly attentive, always keeping us in the loop and patiently answering our (many!) detailed questions. He genuinely cared about making sure we were happy every step of the way, and it really showed. Thanks to David, the final months of our home build were smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend him!

As a first time homeowner, Shaddock Homes has been amazing and their team has been tremendous in giving us the home of our dreams. To own a Shaddock home in Solterra is nothing short of incredible. From the sales team with Maria and Adil (guiding and supporting us every step of the way), to the construction process with Tim (who kept us posted with each milestone and ensured our house came out beautifully), all the way to feeling secured with Matt outlining the warranties and future of our home. This team has been phenomenal and we know we have moved into our home for many years to come.
