I bought my house from HistoryMaker last year in September. Both sides of the house i had drainage problems. The water never goes away. Before end of my first year ends i got the the whole house inspected. Because they give you 1 year warranty. They found several things needed to get done. The most important was water drainage and they found organic growth (moldy) on my roofing. I claimed it afterwards and they came see the place. First gentlemen(Don) came and took some photos. After that he had to came with his manager(Doug). They made a decision to make a french drain( which they needed to do when they were building the house. Because all my neighbors with the other builders have it) on one side only and the other side was okay according to them. But i knew the side which they said bet
