Soldiers Ridge Apartments

Hello everyone! I had many years of experience living here at Soldiers Ridge apartments. Yes, I did have some moments that I was frustrated with some noisy neighbors, when I was living on the first floor. I am a resident since 2018. I moved to the 3rd floor, much quieter, I love it! :-) Yaquelin Cruz, the manager, is like my sister now. We passed through highs and lows, but ,at the end, she will do everything possible to make sure I have a happy and peaceful stay. Our new member of the team Ms. Ruth Cabrera, she is dedicated and do not waste time. She answer you right away and attend to your issues and or needs without any delay, she is amazing! Victor, our sweet maintenance guy, I LOOVE him! :-) He is humble, kind generous, hard working, always patient and very polite. I feel very comfort

I recommend a lot this community. Is really quiet and private. Is always clean, is close to everything, the Leasing office always does activities for the residents so we can all socialize with each other and share good moments.

Was unaware we had no pool, for my grandchildren no playground. All these are at the sister apartments down the road 5 min away. Staff Jackie is a very good employee, very helpful and kind . I haven’t met the other staff yet. The apartment overall is very clean and I love it here so far😊

Everyone in the office was exceptional. They treated me with care and put in the effort to help me as best as they can. They keep me informed and help me from the beginning to the end. I even got help from maintenence to move in my fish tank even he just got off work. TRULY TRULY GREAT EXPERIENCE! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU ALL HAVE DONE.

A couple of days ago, I tried to apply to your apartments, unfortunately I couldn't live there because of the application's policies, I understand that, they are rules but, I felt bad because, I met all the requirements but in the end, they didn't give it to me because…I was an immigrant! I know that the staff does their job and that these types of policies do not depend on them, but honestly I felt discriminated against. Now I applied in other departments and there I was accepted! Finally the person who helped me was very helpful and friendly.
