Good, but could have been better received. Our situation was in their 1% margins of not exactly what was expected. We were put in a position where we had a deadline to sell and the open market was too much of a risk with stories of how do many people are dropping out of escrow at the last minute. We needed to sell and be out by a certain time, so this method made sense. The reps at Sold Ave were very gregarious and personable over the phone and via text. Their representatives never pressured us to use them and they didn’t badmouth their competition. They told us like it was (that we would not get as much as if in open market, what the market was like, how they work, what they offer, etc) and explained anything we had questions about. Sold ave is professional with their communication and fair with their prices.This company sent out cleaners then a professional photographer to put the best pictures forward. They paid for every repair, closing costs and realtor fees. With all of the complications we faced in our personal lives and with the sale of the house because of the season of year we still received great communication and the entire team reassured us and took extra measures to ensure our sale was expedited and closed as soon as possible.The entire team went above and beyond our expectations!!
