This "Property Mgmt company" -SoFlo Apts is a slumlord. Their tenants in Lake Worth behave horribly, break city codes all of the time with refuse and public urination/defecation. Play their music constantly and loudly , honk horns regularly at obscenely early/late hrs and have 0 awareness of their fellow neighbors. Mgmt team allows it-they are a detriment to the community...so buyer beware. you will not want to be anywhere near these tenants.

They deserve no stars I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the management of the apartments run by Fay and Kenia. My experience living in this neighborhood since 1997 has been drastically impacted by their negligence and lack of concern for residents. Since they inherited the apartments, it has become a troubling environment filled with drug dealers, illegal activities, and a general decline in maintenance. The once well-kept apartments have turned into an unhealthy living situation, and I find it hard to understand how they are allowed to manage these properties. As someone who works for the health department, I will be visiting the apartments soon to address these serious issues. They don't deserve not even a star and everything that is written in the reviews is true, as I have experienced the rude behaviour of Faye "property manager" ,she speaks and acts with tenants like they are nothing ,when you have a problem in your apartment they will ignore you for months and if you ask for explanation ,then Faye will feel insulted and scream in Ur face ,they do not take care of the place ,there are bugs everywhere, no laundry,no pool functioning and they will never answer to your calls . If you think to move there expect to be treated very poorly and ignored , researched why they have so many properties available. Their bad reputation perceives them.

FAYE IS DISGUSTING! Just like the roach infested apartments they rent out!!!! I broke up with my spouse and left the apartment, making sure to take my name off the lease. My ex partner got evicted and somehow, this ended up on my credit, hindering me from purchasing a car. I have proof my name was taken off and hope Faye, along with the rest of her ignorant staff, get the karma they deserve. Can't believe this management company still exists.... oh yeah, they change their name every few years. Before they were Cruise Property Management and got dragged through the mud. They are all pathetic, properties aren't even suitable for my dog to live in, and I truly cannot wait to take them to court. A lawyer will gladly take any cases against them, trust me! They have such a bad rep, it's a cakew

Have been renting from this place for a years wish I could give them zero. They will show you an apartment and let it literally collapse and no repairs will be done they still expect rent and will evict despite you living in squalor. If you like termites roaches and broken furnishings this is the place for you.
