I absolutely love my apartment! It's incredibly beautiful, with stunning views and gorgeous natural sunlight streaming in. It’s so cozy, modern, and pristine since it’s brand new. Gotta tell you, this place is amazing! I thrive on the vibrant downtown life right outside my door. There's always something exciting happening at the park, and the endless restaurants along the street make every day deliciously fun. Truly, this city life is phenomenal!

I've been living here just under two months now and my experience thus far has been quite positive. Rocky and the gang are awesome. The application process to move in was seamless with a very user-friendly portal. Great new building and amazing large gym downstairs I use pretty much every day. There is a bridge that connects the garage to the main building and I am able to park on my floor, which is super convenient. Haven't even had an opportunity to check out the handful of breweries across the street, including Funky Budha but looking forward to that. The location can't be beat. Everything is within 10 minutes away including Target, a few Publix, Sprouts, Aldi, Trader Joe's etc. 7 minutes away from I-95. Compare that to where I lived previously for 21 years, Miami Beach near
