La Estancia Apartments

The staff here have always been friendly, helpful, and easy to work with, I forget the office girls names but Steven for sure has always been helpful. They were especially supportive when we moved into a larger apartment within the same complex, which made the process much smoother. I also appreciate the little community events they host, like free breakfast—those thoughtful touches really make a difference. There may be roaches but they provide pest control so if you have roaches that’s your problem for not being on top of it, or discuss with your neighbors because it might be their fault.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Moving into La Estancia Apartments was such a smooth and stress-free experience thanks to Landy! From the very first phone call to the moment I got my keys, she was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions right away, kept me updated throughout the process, and went above and beyond to make sure my move-in went perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about making residents feel welcome, but Landy does just that. She made the whole experience feel personal and easy. I’m so happy with my new apartment and even happier with the amazing service I received. Thank you, Landy, for making my transition to Estrella such a positive one!

Mr. Lorne has great customer service and takes his time to explain in detail the process to make sure I know what I'm getting into. Very polite and professional and shows he is really concerned about my family well-being.

Been at La estancia for going on 3 years now and I will say I absolutely love it here. The staff is very communicative, respond to work orders as quick as possible, and very highly trained staff. From the top to the bottom. Ms Landy and Steven are hands down thee best of the best when it comes to the tenants needs and concerns. I 💯% recommend La estancia to be anyone's future home 🏡.

i recentlly moved tot his apartment complex and I been really happy about the move, this place is great, everything is getting renovated and is looking awesome and the staff is the best. Steven Muniz is been more then helpful and i think he is the engine of the administration. Always om top of things very professional. God Bless!!
