Sofi Lyndhurst

I would strongly recommend NOT living at this property. When I moved in two years ago, it was decent, but now it has become, in my experience, dirty, unsafe, and poorly managed. The cleanliness of the community is terrible. Dog waste is often left all over the property—sometimes even inside the buildings—and the stairwells regularly smell of urine. Garbage rooms are overflowing at least 75% of the time, spreading odors throughout the hallways. The dog park is rarely maintained, smells awful, and is littered with waste and clumps of fur from residents brushing their dogs and leaving the mess behind. I’ve been living at this complex for quite a few years now especially through it’s multiple name changes. It’s been my first luxury complex and I’d say living here is a 4.5/5 as my overall score. The leasing office staff have been as accommodating as they can be and always pleasant individuals to simply have a conversation with. I’ve known Nick the longest and he does his best to assist residents. Kristian and Maggie have been great to work with as well. The added package lockers have been nice, but sometimes the downtime can make grabbing your package inconvenient. I do appreciate the office team members doing their best to keep the packages organized & labeled. My favorite amenity is the renovated clubhouse. Sofi Lyndhurst lacks in maintaining their property, in my opinion. The "amenities" you pay $700 a year for are poorly maintained, gym equipment constantly broken, wipes are never restocked, and public spaces covered in animal droppings. Parking garage likely has structural issues given the visual splitting of concrete. They inserted package concierge lockers after residents were getting packages stolen, which are broken at least once per month. Cherry on top? Maintenance in the building is poor at best. We have had leaks in our apartment twice, the most recent of which has costed us thousands of dollars in damage. We never received clear and adequate next steps of how they were fixing maintenance issues in the pipes, despite begging for answers knowing we had 2 separate incidents of wate

Amazing facilities! Everything is very clean and comfortable. They make everything easy. Parking is great. Very friendly Dog complex for our Bernadoodle. Gym is amazing. Grounds are kept great. Package set up is great.

Im reviewing as a friend of a Tennant. I've visited the property a number of times, driving and rideshare. And I have a few gripes that, even if i could to afford to live here...I wouldn't. First things first...security. there appears to be many cameras outside the property (didn't notice any in the parking garage) but there seems to be zero cameras in the halls. Im sure not everyone has cameras in their apartments and I didn't see any doorbell cameras on any doors as I walked through the hall. You never know who might try to do something nefarious. This is concerning to me because I've actually entered the garage, with a tenant, without the key fob to open the garage door. We just piggy backed behind another tenant entering the garage.
