Avoid Sama Builders at All Costs! Hiring Sama Builders for our home remodeling project has been the single worst decision we've ever made. My pregnant wife and I signed a contract with this company, owned by Hossein, in late April 2023. The promise was simple: complete the remodeling of our new house by the end of July. What followed was a nightmare of missed deadlines, unfulfilled promises, and outright deception. I’ve heard horror stories of other contractors and this company did not disappoint! Hossein and his team had a challenging basement renovation that had structural issues. His in house architect was punctual and courteous as was Hossein. Happy I used them and will use again in the future!
