Parc at Lyndhurst Apartment Homes

I cannot recommend living here. Despite being marketed as a luxury building, the reality is quite different. The property is poorly maintained; there is dog waste everywhere, and the location of the dumpsters (right under the apartments) causes a massive fly problem in the summer and a strong smell of trash on the first floor. In fact , there is such a massive fly problem that they installed fly zappers in the trash room to help remedy the issue. The trash chutes are rarely cleaned and sometimes there is a pile of garbage exiting the chute because they chute is full. This undoubtedly contributed to the roach and fly issues. In the courtyard, the grills were filthy and not fit for use, the water fountain looks like its never been cleaned. ​My biggest issue was the lack of privacy. Managemen

I had a great experience, especially Latoya was the best! I visited Parc at Lyndhurst for the open house they have on Saturdays and looking to rent a new apartment. She was really helpful and explained everything. Having fun is guaranteed during the whole tour! The whole team is really friendly and helpful. The apartments are in good shape. I did not end up renting one but definitely recommend everyone to check the place out if you are looking for an apartment in the area.

So far it’s been good. I moved here in December and I like it. The staff here is very friendly. I’ve had a great experience with Latoya from the leasing office and Katrina from the maintenance department. Both are very kind and always helpful. Neighbors are also very friendly here. I appreciate how clean they keep the building and the fact that they accept pets is a huge plus. Worth checking out and definitely ask for Latoya, she’s very informative and made my moving in experience very smooth.
