Shantel screamed at me with super aggressive language, & tried to gas light me out of existence. Super unprofessional and the absolute worst nasty real estate agent I’ve ever met in my life. Constantly assumed I wasn’t from the area when I’m a born and raised local here. Crazy to think she can speak to people like that.

Andrew Rupley was very attentive to all our needs. If we had a question, he would get back to us usually the same day. We were referred to him by our agent in Kansas and would definitely recommend him to others.

Nicole is great at how she handles people applying. And she's blunt and responds in way for you to understand and wishes they could help anyone. Even though I did not get the property they had for rent but I had a positive experience with her

This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had with any real estate agency. Non-communicative, lazy as all get out. I should have ran the other way when the agent didn't show up to meet us at the house the date we had planned...And the following day, she said she would be there around 4, didn't show and didn't text until 7 pm asking if she could swing by. We live out of state and I asked them to let in the gas company so the heat could be turned back on. Did they? Nope. Did they communicate this with me? Nope. When I asked them to turn the heaters on so the pipes don't freeze during the winter, they told me they had...When I finally was able to get a different agency/agent, the agent noted the thermostats were turned off and the gas hadn't been turned on!!
