Shaun was amazing through the whole process. Mine was a bit more difficult due to me living in Pittsburgh and him helping me sell a house in Herlong. He was so great to work with and helped hire specific contractors to get the needed work done on the house. Great communication- the whole way through- highly recommend him!

I could not have asked for a better realtor. Shaun spent time with us in the spring looking for homes in and around susanville. We then decided to look in another state. Shaun didnt get upset with our choice. Fast forward a few months we were ready to sell our old house. He took the time to explain how the sale processes worked and what to expect in the best and worst case scenarios. His pictures and housing descriptions were top notch. Our house sold very quickly. Shaun is absolutely fantastic and really easy to work with. The buyers that I worked with opted for Shaun’s services as dual representation and he did an amazing job while remaining both neutral and fair to both his clients and the buyers. He helped negotiate an awesome deal for the buyers and was very professional the whole time, continually updating me, the loan officer, and the buyers. There is actually a possibility of me moving to Susanville in the near future and if I do, I will 100% work with Shaun to represent me. I would work with him again any day.

My mother and I were moving from Colorado to Susanville, California and Shaun Heard is the best of the best realtors that you could ever want and he is now also a very good friend of the family.
