Chicago Title

I needed to get some documents notarized for selling my farm in MO. I saw the note on door "notary service by appointment only, call...." but thought would try anyway. They were super nice and she did it right then for me. She even had to go extra mile as the documents were prepared by MO state law and not appropriate for CA. Well got them all done. Got them mailed off and the MO title company said OUTSTANDING. Thanks again for the help. And the little doggies that came and let me give them pets. One was named Lucky (my late husbands given name).

I called and Becky answered. She was able to notarize my document the same day and even printed copies I needed as well. She was such a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend her to everyone. Thank you Becky for your excellent customer service and expedient availability

They sent us over the E document to sign everything for our new title unfortunately the name was incorrect and the primary phone number was incorrect which I had to get a verification text sent to to log in... After reaching out to Chicago Title to correct the name and make my phone number the primary phone number so I could get the text verification to log into the e-signature I got a kinda rude response and no new e-signature login. After waiting 3 days I finally got a reminder to sign the E documents stating I only had three more days to sign them I tried to log in and guess what still under the incorrect name and incorrect phone number! At this point I called Chicago Title and spoke with one of their employees who was extremely rude and then hung up on me when I got annoyed because

Chicago Title was our escrow company for my recent home purchase. My experience with them was very disappointing and frustrating. Through the process they were slow to complete the required paperwork. They did not send the money in for my home insurance on time and I received a notice of cancelation before Chicago Title finally paid them the funds. They accidentally returned a money order that was supposed to be sent to the sellers back to me. I almost lost it in the whole moving process and it caused unnecessary stress. The escrow company should not be a negative factor in an already difficult process. I would not use Chicago Title again if given the option!

I had a great experience with the Alturas branch. Lori was very quick and easy to communicate with. She exceeded my expectations and promptly resolved my issues. I highly recommend.
