Great apartment. I lived there for a year and it was so cozy with great HVAC and appliances. Any problems or maintenance requests were handled within a day (I only had small issues like drains not draining and a light bulb on the stove staying on even when it should be off). Only drawback is the parking. Many people struggled to drive up out of the garage when icy. There was an inches thick sheet of ice on the driveway for at least a week. Everything else was great, but maybe invest in a snow shovel and some salt to dig your car out if needed. Good bus stop access tho
Weird design with no place to park for visitors.
