The building is conveniently located within walking distance between two Plazas (Niagara Plaza and ThoroldStone Plaza) with grocery stores like Sobey's, Commissio's Fresh Food and other stores like Shopper's Drug Mart, Dollar Tree, Giant Tiger etc. There are Tim Horton's, McDonalds and Pizzeria's nearby too. The units are well maintained, and the rooms are very spacious. There is a gym within the building. The management team Mr. Sean and Miss. Josey are really helpful. Sean is always attentive to our comments and requests. I was pleasantly surprised to see how quickly he listens to our requests and takes actions immediately. The residents in the building are friendly too, and the building is quiet and peaceful all throughout the day.
