Ladona River Apartments

About two years ago my husband and I made the decision to sell our beautiful home and move into Ladona River Apts. We haven't looked back since! Jeff and Elias are the nicest people you can meet. Our suite is roomy, (two bedroom, two bath, huge kitchen and living area and in suite laundry. What more do we need? The beauty of this is that we simply lock to door and head to our travels - no grass to cut, no snow to shovel, no house to worry about,.........................retirement is a blessing.

My mother just moved in this building after selling her long time home. She was fortunate to see the process of her unit being built and each unit is beautiful with high end finishes! There isn't a building in Niagara Falls that has the square footage per unit and finishes that Ladona offers. Jeff and Elias were wonderful to deal with and helped my mom transition in to her new home.

We love living here, we were the first tenants to move in. Its very well built clean and very comfortable, Elias is a great owner who really cares and Emmanuelle takes vey good care of the building.

Modern clean and well kept. Owned by people who care! We love living here!
